Human Development

Studying human development prepares you for a career in research, or in human services such as  teaching, counselling, youth work, community services, social policy, and health-related agencies.

Human Development papers examine human development across the lifespan, focusing on areas such as childhood, adolescence and ageing,  cognitive development and learning, the development of creativity, counselling, disability and inclusive practice.

To major in Human Development enrol in the Bachelor of Social Sciences, Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) or Master of Social Sciences.
